1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chaos To Cash Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Chaos To Cash Systems provides an automated pipeline that aggregates, extracts metadata from, and organizes financial receipts into monthly reports.
Disclaimer: We are a software tool, not a certified Public Accountant (CPA), tax advisor, or legal counsel. The Service is designed to assist with bookkeeping organization, but we do not guarantee the compliance of your financial records with local tax authorities.
3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy
While our AI extraction is highly advanced, it is an automated system. You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing the monthly CSV and PDF reports for accuracy.
- Ensuring the extracted amounts, VAT, and vendor details match the source documents before submitting them to tax authorities or your accountant.
- Maintaining the integrity of the "INVOICES" folder in your Google Drive.
4. Google Drive Permissions and Secure Links
By using our Service, you explicitly authorize Chaos To Cash Systems to upload files to your connected Google Drive. Furthermore, to enable the core functionality of our accountant-ready CSV export, you authorize our system to change the sharing permissions of the specifically uploaded receipts to "Anyone with the link can view." This generates an unlisted URL for each receipt. You are responsible for who you share this CSV and its enclosed URLs with.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaos To Cash Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or tax penalties incurred due to missing receipts, OCR extraction errors, or the accidental deletion of files from your Google Drive.
6. Termination
You may disconnect your Google account and terminate your use of the Service at any time via the disconnection link provided in our automated emails or within your account dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will immediately cease scanning your email and cease uploading files to your Drive.
